An Entertaining Evening Complete With Dinner

The chance to go out to dinner means that you can enjoy a meal and not have to worry about any of the prep beforehand or the cleanup afterwards.  And, more importantly, you have a chance to let loose and enjoy the dining experience. No matter if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy some time with friends, a regular restaurant is not the only option anymore. Patrons looking for something more can choose from a variety of shows as they enjoy their meals.

Medieval Times
This audience participation show sets the tone as you are transported to a time of knights and royalty. The meal typically consists of four courses that are served throughout the show. Be warned, the meal is served utensil free, but using a few extra napkins as you eat with your hands just adds to the experience.

Dolly Parton’s Stampede
Patrons looking for a dinner option with some country flare may want to check out Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. Like the show at Medieval Times, this high energy show that pits the north against the south, takes place all while the guests are enjoying their four course meal. Patrons who enjoy a vegetarian menu will be given that option when they order their tickets.  Prior to the show, guests are treated to entertainment while they await the opening of the main theater.

Fans of the Stampede who want a little something extra at Christmas time are in luck, as the show has a Christmas themed run every year.  It is definitely something the entire family will enjoy.

Capone’s Dinner & Show
Fans of mystery crime will enjoy this different take on the dinner and show experience. The show is based on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. It is the only buffet style dinner in Orlando. During the show, guests are transported back to 1930s era Chicago for a night of interactive music, fun and mystery.

Murder Mystery Company

Continuing the theme of mixing crime, fun and dinner are the variety of murder mystery options available throughout the country. These entertaining shows rely on the crowd to solve an old fashioned ‘Who-Done-It’. Turning the standard dinner party, into your own ‘dinner theater’ is sure to leave you and your dining guests with an experience you’ll cherish.

As you can see, there are many alternatives to a traditional restaurant. Pick your favorite and enjoy.
